1. the Service

2. Terms of Service.

Use of the Service requires the acceptance of the Terms of Service stated hereby. Istella may choose, at any time and without prior notice, to discard an account registration request, or proceed to either suspend or terminate an existing account. Istella may at any time modify the features and functionality of the Service in addition to the Terms of Use.

3. Intellectual Property
3.1 The user is responsible for all actions underkaten while using the Service, and is subject to take all the precautions to ensure that its actions either do not affect the rights of others or are not against the law or these Terms of Service. 3.2 The publication and dissemination of the Content and the sharing of hypertext links is sole responsibility of the User, who agrees to refrain from acts which are against the Law or the Terms of Service and, in particular, not to post material that infringes the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights, or content that is considered offensive, defamatory, provoking or suggesting racial or religious hatred, pornographic or otherwise unlawful. Publication of contents without the permission of the copyright holder is strictly forbidden.

The User acknowledges and agrees that the Service, the related web pages and content and all its components, software, hardware, or other graphics are the exclusive property of Istella and agrees not to use the Service for commercial and/or professional purposes.

3.6 Istella can not be held responsible in any way when, using the Service, you will have access to sites or content which are considered as not acceptable by oneself or not conforming to the purposes of oneself research.

4. Modes of supply of services - Liability
4.1 Istella provides a platform aimed at indexing content in Internet and at publishing Content, and is committed exclusively to provide the Service in accordance with the characteristics indicated in the descriptions and specifications without warranty of reliability or accuracy of the research. Istella makes no warranty on the material sought through the Service and its contents.

4.2 In the event on reports, by other Users or by third parties, about inappropriate use of the Service, hereby including use against the law or the Terms of Use, Istella may suspend or terminate the Service and remove User Content without prior notice.

5.Various - Law and Jurisdiction
5.1 These Terms of Use and the use of the Service is entirely subject to Italian law, for any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution is referred exclusively to the Court of Cagliari.
